Hey there! I’m Jo Marie Brown, the face behind the lens at JMB Photography. I’ve been capturing life’s most beautiful moments professionally since 2007, and let me tell you—it never gets old! My cozy studio is nestled in Camden, SC, but my love for adventure takes me all over South Carolina and even worldwide to photograph incredible people and places.


Born and raised in Camden, I spent 22 wonderful years in Lexington, SC, before returning to my roots. I’m lucky to be married to the love of my life, Eric, and we have an amazing 21-year-old daughter, Hannah, and three adorably crazy shih tzus, who totally run the show.


Beyond photography, I have a passion for travel, chasing breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and capturing anything that catches my eye. Whether I’m photographing a glowing bride, a growing family, or the beauty of the world around me, I pour my heart into every shot.
